The "Order of the Third Bird" and the Gnostic Mythologies of the Mystery Cults

Last week a VIDEO was making the rounds in the anti-Illuminist research community that is strange and I'm sure some of you know what I'm talking about. I was HESITANT to comment on it because while it is certainly ENCOURAGING to see academics in the ivory tower descending to look into the REAL PROBLEMS of the world (the MYSTERY SCHOOLS OF LUCIFER) and using their resources for the sake of TRUTH the problem is that I didn't have much to add to what was already out there about it and I hadn't heard of the organization that is the subject of their lecture before ((and to be sure! if I were to spend time on EVERY strange occult organization I'd never be able to do anything else!! It is important to see the trees BUT ALSO the forest.))

But then after finally studying the video I have come to realize that some crucial aspects of this practice were NEGLECTED by other commenters and so I have decided to address them here. And in point of fact after some striking this last week (in what I have been READING but also ELSEWHERE) I have come to suspect that this group may in fact be connected in an important way with something much larger than it seems. We will get to this point soon. 

But first, without more ado, for those of you who don't know what I'm talking about I'm talking about the ORDER OF THE 3RD BIRD, and the video I am talking about can be found here:

Now, a few words of WARNING before starting the video. First off it is boring and loaded with jargon and academic subtleties—this is a problem (and INTENTIONAL, I would guess!) because all of these facets help numb the viewer and distract the viewer from an important point: because if you LISTEN closely, it is certain that the scholars are not JUST scholars, but BRAG of having some experience with the actual PRACTICES of the occult organization itself. Therefore it is important to be vigilant when listening and critical and so NOT taking at face value all of the assertions coming from a clear source of BIAS. 

The video is long! For those who don't have almost 1 hour to devote to the minor details of the practices of MISGUIDED OCCULTISTS, I will address the MORE SALIENT points in the presentation. 

The organization is called "THE ORDER OF THE THIRD BIRD." Here is their logo: 

Now immediately for regular readers of this blog some very alarming observations should spring to mind! The entire logo is AWASH in occult symbolism. "Order" itself is reminiscent of the names of numerous occult groups throughout history (which always prefer to refer to themselves as "orders," and implies above all association with the "Great Architect," the supreme being of Masonic DEISM who imparts order to the world and supposedly leaves its governing to "men" (OCCULTIST LUCIFERIANS!). Order is fundamental to the occult-Masonic universe, which values greatly sacred geometry (all the way back to the mystery cults!) and deism.

But leave that aside. The "THIRD" is also suggestive because 3 is a number with huge occult import according to numerous esotericists. 

According to Numbers, Their Occult Value and Mystic Purposes by W. Wynn Westcott [1911]: 

• "It was considered the Mistress of Geometry [SACRED GEOMETRY!] because the triangle is the principal of Figures."
• "A letter Yod within an equilateral triangle was a symbol of the ineffable name Jehovah and was so used by the Jews. The moderns have pointed out that this form suggests the idea that they knew something of a Triune God. Other monograms of Jehovah were also triple; thus 3 rays, and the Shin, and three yods in a triangle." 
• "Under the number 3 also we may in passing mention the Royal Arch sign [OF THE FREEMASONS!], the "Triple Tau," three T's united: the manner of its explanation, and the ideas which it represents, are not fit matters for description in his work. Note also 3 stones of the arch, 3 Principals and 3 Sojourners; 3 Veils; and in the Craft Lodges, 3 officers, 3 degrees, 3 perambulations."
  
  

As you can read here the number 3 has an IMPORTANT place in Judeo-Christian teachings and is used by occultists (whether they know it or not) in an effort SUBVERT the TRUE GOD and Son JESUS CHRIST: http://www.greatdreams.com/three/three.htm 

In the Christian tradition, then (and also in the Occult tradition), 3 represents PERFECTION or COMPLETION. This becomes very significant when we understand that, often in the Christian tradition BIRDS are thought to represent the souls of those in paradise (http://www.signology.org/bird-symbol/). Therefore, we see here that the logo refers to the soul in is three occult stages: 

• The first Bird represents the soul before it enters into the body. Gnostics believe that all matter is evil, and that the world was created by the devil. The soul of man is a "spark" of the true God that gets trapped in the material body and needs to be liberated from it. The first Bird represents the pure Gnostic "soul" before it descends. 
• The second Bird represents the soul in life, when it is trapped in the body. This is the lowest bird, and it cannot fly because it is weighed down by its material body. 
• The third Bird represents the soul AFTER life, when it has been saved and liberated from the material world that kept it prisoner. 

In other words, the logo represents the Gnostic drama of the soul's fall and salvation. This suspicion is all but proved certain by the image in the middle of the logo: the grapes. We might ask: how does the second Bird, "dead" in its material body, become the soaring third Bird? Through the grapes!

But the GRAPES, as we well know, represent WINE (the main component of ALL the mystery cults) and also BACCHUS/DIONYSUS (the Deity of the mystery cults, the wine god, also known as Osiris, the god of the dead instead of YHWH the LIVING God, the mockery of Jesus in the dying/rising god, etc.).

Dionysus/Bacchus at Mt. Vesuvius. Not the shape of his body/the grapes as compared with the Third Bird logo. Note also the two Birds. Could a Third be missing because the soul's liberation was "secret" knowledge only shared with the initiate?

In the mystery cults, and so in the entire occult tradition, you are "liberated" from the physical body through SECRET KNOWLEDGE acquired via wine and rituals and occult workings. 

THEREFORE, the logo represents, exactly, the "fall" of the "pure" soul into the physical world, and its liberation via the secret gnosis of the mystery cults. 

It should of course go without saying, but I will say it anyway: THE STORY REPRESENTED IN THE LOGO IS THE ORIGINAL, MOST BASIC AND ESSENTIAL OCCULT OPERATION. ALL OCCULTISM DERIVES FROM THIS BASIC STRUCTURE. THIS IS THE FIRST LIE AND THE FIRST BLASPHEMY. 

Later this week I'll write more about the video and examine the specific symbolism of the video itself as well as some of the claims of the Order.
